Puppies
With Mother's day looming upon us, I've decided to adopt a puppy! I'm still coaxing Robby into the idea (it's been months and he's starting to budge). If anyone knows any good breeds, or knows someone who is selling dogs (preferably not too expensive but I do want a young puppy) let me know! I love you all!

You should talk to Joy, Kathryn, and Bethany. They all have dogs so they could give you some perspective on different breeds.
We have a beagle and it is great with our kids. I don't know what you are looking for in a dog, but hounds are usually a good choice. Calm and they are semi-protective. If you are looking for an active dog, labs are really loyal and very playful. Plus, it is probably the most popular breed out there and you can find pretty inexpensive puppies.
Hey- It's Kristin Russo from the ward. I came upon your blog while blog surfing! I just thought I would add that we have two Basset Hounds and LOVE them! They are really cute and good with kids. Kind of stubborn so you have to teach them from the beginning what is okay and what is not okay, but definitely my fav breed of dog!
